From 2001 to 2014 my wife and I purchased multiple properties on Padre Island. We worked with a number of Realtors during that time. One of the best was Jeff Blanchard. He is fast, unbiased, and in our corner! He was able to close a condo deal for us over the weekend while on call for his group. He was busy, but never let the deal go stagnant! He accommodated us with all the documents and even included a 1 year home warranty at the sellers expense that we used 45-days after taking ownership of the property!! That was the first Realtor we have used that included that in the contract!I would recommend Jeff to anyone buying or selling a home!!
